Refund Policy

At Venue Eleven, we understand that plans can change. Please read our refund and rescheduling policy carefully before booking:
Event Cancellation
In the event that the Client cancels the event, no portion of the fees paid will be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This policy is in place to cover the administrative, staffing, and scheduling efforts made in preparation for the event.
Rescheduling Policy
Should the Client need to reschedule the event for any reason, the following terms apply:

One (1) date change is permitted per booking.

The new date must be scheduled within six (6) months of the original event date.

All rescheduling is subject to venue availability.

The Client will be required to pay a non-refundable transfer fee of $35 to cover the administrative costs associated with amending the contract.
To request a date change, please contact us as early as possible to increase the likelihood of availability.
